IXOLITE

The main objective of the IXOLITE project is to develop and validate the new monitoring solution for large extensive cattle farms. This (i) Low-cost monitoring devices to digitise and process data from tens of thousands of animals. (ii) Artificial Intelligence algorithms to detect in real time patterns of animal behaviour and health to improve animal productivity. (iii) A management system to optimise the management of extensive cattle farms of hundreds of hectares. (iv) Artificial Intelligence algorithms to determine pasture production based on satellite and climatic information.
