The AIR Institute is a non-profit research center, with approximately 100 employees, created for the promotion and development of scientific research in the field of computer science and artificial intelligence. It has working locations in Valladolid and Salamanca.
As part of its growth strategy, the AIR Institute is seeking a Full Stack Developer specialized in Vue.js and Node.js to join the distributed ledger technologies team. This role is crucial for the development of innovative applications and the implementation of advanced technological solutions in national and European R&D projects.
Responsibilities:
- Frontend application development using Vue.js.
- Creation and maintenance of backend services with Node.js.
- Collaboration in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from conception to implementation.
- Contribute to the design and architecture of new solutions.
- Active participation in problem-solving and performance optimization.
- Teamwork to achieve common goals and meet delivery deadlines.
What are we looking for?
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or Higher Professional Training in the field of computer science.
- Demonstrable experience in Full Stack development with Vue.js and Node.js.
- Familiarity with technologies such as Git and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proactivity, dynamism, and a methodical approach.
Desirable:
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- React Native.
- Knowledge of Blockchain and Smart Contracts.
- Familiarity with technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
- Testing experience.
