Training programme: Generative AI applied to the tourism sector

This training program will introduce tourism-related small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), professionals, and entrepreneurs in Castile and León to the main artificial intelligence tools applied to the tourism sector, offering a 360° view of their real potential. Its goal will be to provide the knowledge necessary to understand the current ecosystem of generative AI, identify opportunities to improve the traveler experience, optimize internal management, and design solutions tailored to the needs of each tourism business.
