Spain contributes to the growth of Industry 4.0 in the Middle East.
Barrabés and SRTI Park will launch a digital accelerator in order to secure the fourth industrial revolution in the Middle East.
Industry 4.0 and digitalization come with the implementation of new technologies. There has been an increase in the implementation of those technologies as a result of the coronavirus crisis. The virus has made it more necessary than ever to use big data, 3D printing, robotics, augmented reality, the internet of things, blockchain and cyber security.
The Sharjah Advanced Industry Accelerator will help provide the MENA region with the mechanisms needed to instigate the fourth industrial revolution, stretching from Morocco to Iran. The accelerator has been launched in March of this year and is at a crucial stage; smart materials and sustainable designs are being developed to enable the creation of connected ecosystems.
The acceleration program proposed by Barrabés and SRTI Park is now looking for startups willing to work with technological solutions that will support companies in crisis. These companies will be able to penetrate new markets worldwide thanks to digitalization.
Air Institute seeks to give visibility to companies and to promote collaboration among companies in the field of technology, increasing the technological impact of those companies on society.
