In the fascinating world of artificial intelligence, where algorithms are intertwined with complexity, the LUCERNA project, an initiative driven by Luce Innovative Technologies and AIR Institute, emerges as a guiding light.

On 26th January, the AIR Institute is hosting a new conference of the Centr@tec Programme organised by the Institute for Business Competitiveness of Castilla y León (ICE) in collaboration with the AIR Institute. 

One of the most exciting technical aspects of the IA4BIRDS project is research into information fusion techniques for the mass storage of bird count and transect data. 

AIR Institute offers the public numerous courses to obtain the training they require in emerging disruptive technologies such as artificial intelligence, the internet of things, smart cities and big data.

Between 8 and 10 January, the AIR Institute hosted the kickoff meeting of the European project "A catalyst for EuropeaN ClOUd Services in the era of data  spaces, high-performance and edge computing” (NOUS)”. It is an initiative with a strong consortium of 21 partners from 11 European countries.

Edge Computing and the Internet of Things (IoT) represent two fundamental pillars in today's technological evolution. Edge computing refers to the decentralisation of data processing, bringing it closer to where it is generated, rather than relying exclusively on remote servers. 

Manuel Ramos, physicist, and Samuel Rey, mathematician, have joined different projects to work on machine learning and the development of AI models.

The objective is to apply artificial intelligence to improve the capacity of this company's sperm analyzer, especially in assisted reproduction techniques.
