The AIR Institute is a non-profit research centre, with about 100 employees, created for the promotion and development of scientific research in the field of computer science and artificial intelligence. It has headquarters in Valladolid and Salamanca.
In its growth strategy, AIR Institute is looking for a Full Stack Developer specialised in Vue.js and Node.js to join the distributed ledger technologies team. This role is key to the development of innovative applications and the implementation of advanced technological solutions in R&D projects at national and European level.
Responsibilities:
- Frontend application development using Vue.js.
- Creation and maintenance of backend services with Node.js.
- Collaboration in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from conception to implementation.
- Contribution to the design and architecture of new solutions.
- Active participation in problem-solving and performance optimisation.
- Teamwork to achieve common goals and meet deadlines.
What are we looking for?
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or Higher Vocational Training in the field of computer science.
- Demonstrable experience in Full Stack development with Vue.js and Node.js.
- Experience with technologies such as Git and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proactivity, dynamism and methodological approach.
Desired skills:
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- React Native
- Knowledge of Blockchain and Smart Contracts.
