The AIR Institute, a renowned non-profit research centre specialising in disruptive technologies is looking for a Strategy Analyst in distributed ledger technologies with an interest in game and graph theory, as well as blockchain applications.
Responsibilities:
- Analysis and modelling of economic strategies and algorithms in blockchain-based systems.
- Research in protocol optimisation using game theory and graph theory.
- Collaboration in interdisciplinary projects to evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of new distributed systems proposals.
- Development of predictive and analytical models to improve the security and efficiency of DLT platforms.
- Contribution to the writing and publication of scientific articles in areas of specialisation.
What are we looking for?
- A degree in Mathematics.
- Strong interest and/or experience in game theory and graph theory.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team in a dynamic and interdisciplinary environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Recommended:
- Knowledge of Ledger Technologies and Distributed Systems.
- Programming skills in Python or R for data analysis.
- Experience with software development tools and version control systems.
- Basic knowledge of cryptography and blockchain consensus mechanisms.
- Master's or PhD in related areas.
