The AIR Institute, with Cibera's partners, will hold a conference on cybersecurity in the professional field in León
Under the slogan "Cybersecurity Culture in the Professional Environment", the Conference on Cybersecurity in SMEs will be held on Wednesday 19 June. This event, to be held at the Palacio de Gaviria, headquarters of the Official College of Architects of León, is aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and seeks to promote a robust cybersecurity culture in the professional environment.
The conference will start with a welcome by Mr. José Antonio Cuba Cal, President of COLPROLeón, and Ms. Ana M.ª Diez Suárez, member of the CIBERIA Consortium of the University of León. This will be followed by a presentation of the CIBERIA project delivered by Ms. Nuria González Rabanal, also a member of the CIBERIA Consortium of the University of León.
The programme of activities will include two main lectures given by Ms. Nuria González Rabanal. The first conference, entitled "Spreading the Culture of Cybersecurity. Part 1: Why, as a professional, should you "cyberprotect yourself"?", will deal with the relevance of cybersecurity for professionals in today's world. The second talk, "Spreading the Culture of Cybersecurity. Part 2: Lose the fear of a cybersecurity audit", will provide practical strategies and recommendations to face cybersecurity audits without fear.
The day represents an exceptional opportunity to learn from experts in the field and improve cybersecurity skills in the SME sector. The meeting will provide attendees with fundamental cybersecurity knowledge and practical tools to protect themselves in the digital environment.
