AIR Institute Promotes Its Audit Services at CIBERIA's Cybersecurity and Blockchain Conference
The AIR Institute joined CIBERIA in hosting the technical conference “Cybersecurity and Blockchain for Business Digital Transformation” at the Science Park of the University of Valladolid, aimed at companies in the Castilla y León region.
As one of CIBERIA’s main partners, AIR Institute opened the event before 40 participating companies, both in person and online. It provided an overview of the project's foundations, as well as its offer of cybersecurity training and audit services.
During its presentation, AIR Institute highlighted the importance of enhancing digital resilience in businesses due to the continuous progress in process digitalisation and the significant volume of information stored in the cloud. It delved into the vulnerabilities that cyber attackers could exploit and the challenges companies face in ensuring their security.
The presentation also included details on the audit services for SMEs and public administrations offered through the CIBERIA project, which assesses an organisation’s level of cybersecurity awareness and proposes an improvement plan tailored to their needs and the current digital landscape.
As a result of this explanation, various companies from Castilla y León showed interest in the service, including accedeMe from Valladolid, which focuses on eliminating accessibility barriers on websites.
During the networking session following the workshops, AIR Institute also showcased the Certify project, which offers innovative IoT solutions for the industrial sector, with a strong emphasis on promoting a secure system.
