AIR Institute promotes work-life balance through seven-a-side football team
AIR Institute, recognising the importance of providing its staff with space and time for physical exercise, encourages participation in local sports competitions. In this case, several employees have joined forces to create a seven-a-side football team to compete in Salamanca's Futormes tournament. The team, made up of 12 employees, plays against other local teams and businesses every weekend.
This is not the only sporting initiative at AIR Institute, as it is also forming an 11-a-side football team to compete in a midweek league. Additionally, AIR Institute aims to establish teams in other sports, following the success of the inaugural Paddle Tech Tournament in 2024. This event, organised alongside Global Exchange Tecnologías Digitales and Salamanca City Council as part of the Salamanca Tech initiative, was a great success in the city.
