AIR Institute Advances IoT Innovation with the Second Certify Infoday

Innovation within IoT environments across Europe will be a central focus of the second Infoday of the Certify project, taking place online on 10th June.

Organised by the AIR Institute with support from the rest of the consortium, this event will be held under the title “Driving Innovation for a Robust European Ecosystem”. It will bring together representatives from leading organisations such as the European Cyber Security Organisation (ECSO), the Smart Connectivity Digital Innovation Hub Network (SCoDIHNeT), and Secure Networks (SECNET).

The day’s sessions will explore current challenges and emerging opportunities in securing the lifecycle of connected devices, as well as the effective integration of technologies such as IoT, Edge Computing, and cybersecurity within industrial environments.

The event will also serve as a platform for identifying new trends and aligning real market needs with innovative technological solutions—encouraging collaboration between research centres, businesses, and European networks to strengthen the continent’s technological and industrial landscape.

Certify and Guests at the Second Infoday

Certify is a three-year European project focused on managing the security of IoT device lifecycles, enabling risk detection and mitigation primarily in industrial settings.

At this second Infoday, the project will also welcome contributions from ECSO—one of its 12 partners, dedicated to reinforcing Europe’s cybersecurity ecosystem—alongside closely affiliated organisations such as SCoDIHNeT and SECNET. These entities are committed to promoting smart connectivity to drive digital transformation in SMEs, and to building safer, more resilient digital networks, respectively.
